General Notes: Husband - Christian Riblet

They resided first in Windsor township, Berks County, Pennsylvania, then at Rows Church, same state, but removed about 1831 to near Galion, Ohio, where their son Daniel had settled.

He was blind for fifteen years before his death, the affliction being ascribed to exposure during the Revolution in which he served as a private under Capt. Nicholas Kern and Col. Stephen Balliet for two months. In 1834 he was granted a pension of $96 per year.
