General Notes: Husband - Richard Jackson

The Jackson family was founded in southwestern Pennsylvania by one Richard Jackson, a younger son of a distinguished Scotch-Irish family, resident in Donegal, Ireland. This Richard Jackson, while still a young man, left his native land and made his way to America, and shortly afterwards settled in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, his coming to that region being coincident with that of the Blair, White, Mellen and Hunies families.

The Jacksons lived mainly in Unity township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, near the village of Crabtree.

General Notes: Wife - Jane Seaton

At death, she was more than a hundred years of age.
