General Notes: Husband - John Jackson
He inherited from his father a farm situated near George's Station in Unity township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, but exchanged this for the farm situated north of Delmont.
One of the most successful farmers in early Westmoreland County, he owned a valuable and productive farm near the town of Delmont. He became in time the possessor of a large tract of land in that region.
