General Notes: Husband - James Treasure


He received his education in the schools of Bolivar, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. He learned the brickmaking trade from "the ground up" and for many years worked as a moulder. For fourteen years he was employed in the coal mines of Bell township, Clearfield County, living at Saltsburg. On his return to Bolivar he entered the service of the Reese-Hammond Fire-Brick Company, working as a moulder until the firm retired from business. Mr. Treasure was a Republican and held the office of supervisor of Fairfield township. He was past grand of Saltsburg Lodge, No. 646, Independent Order of Odd Fellows.
