General Notes: Husband - William Foster
In early life he was engaged for some years as a school teacher. He was also familiar with the trade of carpenter, and followed this occupation in connection with agricultural pursuits. He was frequently called upon to settle estates. He was a member and elder of the United Presbyterian church, and for years was chorister in the Mount Pleasant church.
