General Notes: Husband - Charles Cameron


He was five years old at the time of the removal to the new home, where he remained until after his marriage. In 1808 he removed to Sunbury, Pennsylvania, then to Washingtonville, and in 1810 to Lewisburg, where he is mentioned in the assessment lists as a tailor.

He learned the tailoring trade at Maytown, Lancaster Co, PA, thus breaking away from the time-honored family occupation (farming?).
