General Notes: Husband - Simon Cameron

He came to America from Inverness, Scotland, in 1755, with his family, his minister, Colin MacFarquhar, being the leader of the party of voyagers. They located at Donegal Church, in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, where Simon Cameron purchased a farm-later owned by Gen. Simon Cameron.
a completely different date for the immigration of this family to America is given in a different source.
