General Notes: Husband - John Morrison

He settled on Yellow Creek in Butler County, PA, about the year 1800. His brother William was also an early settler in the same neighborhood. They were born in Philadelphia of Scottish parents, and moved to Butler County from Westmoreland County. They were there before any mills were erected, and used to pack corn to Beaver. John Morrison was out in the war of 1812 three months. His family were all either dead or moved away by 1883.
