General Notes: Husband - Rudolph Loughner
He was by occupation a farmer and gunsmith. He bought the Bush Creek Valley farm at Jeannette, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, in 1806, and lived there until his death. The estate consisted of three hundred acres.
From Northampton County, Pennsylvania, he came west to Hempfield Township, Westmoreland County, in 1803, and bought a farm where the city of Jeannette was later located, on which the glass works was built, which then lay between the Harrison City Road and Brush Creek.
