General Notes: Husband - William Richey
He grew to manhood in Armstrong County, PA, and in 1830 went to Butler and was engaged in teaming between Butler and Pittsburg until 1869. He also conducted a store and bakery in the borough for many years. In early life he was a Whig, subsequently a Republican, and later a Democrat, and filled the office of constable in the borough. He was reared in the Lutheran faith, but in later years he united with the Presbyterian church, and afterwards became a member of the Protestant Episcopal church, in which faith he died.
