General Notes: Husband - Henry Breese

He was born near Mendham, Morris County, New Jersey, and emigrated to Washington County, Pennsylvania, about the beginning of the 1800s.
He removed to Washington County to look after the large estate of his father-in-law, near Sparta; but after a time resumed work at his trade, blacksmithing, which he followed the greater part of his life.

He and his wife were the parents of twelve children, five of whom were still living in 1893.
