General Notes: Husband - Isaac L. Boyer

---

He worked on a farm with his father in boyhood, and after-wards learned the carpenter's trade, which he followed all his life. He set-tled on a farm in Lancaster township, Butler County, Pennsylvania, in 1841. He and his wife were members of the German Reformed church. Politically, he was a Republican, and filled the office of justice of the peace.
