General Notes: Husband - John Breneman
He grew up on his father's farm in Virginia, later moving with him to Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. About 1797 he married and began farming in North Huntingdon Township, Westmoreland County, on a farm near that of his father. About 1810 he purchased a large tract of land in Clarion County and moved there, settling on the Clarion River just west of Clarion.
