Mrs. Carrie E. Bell, 75, of 1106 Mercer Road, died at 12:15 p.m. Friday in the Franklin Regional Medical Center.
She was born Nov. 8, 1909 in Franklin, a daughter of William H. and Kate Ladds Johnson. She attended school here.
She was married to Rollo W. Bell on Dec. 24, 1930 and he survives.
Mrs. Bell served on the Frenchcreek Township election board, and she was a member of the Uniontown Heights Sunday School, serving as treasurer for the church for many years, and she was also a Sunday school teacher there.
She was a member of the Uniontown Heights Ladies Aid Society, the Uniontown Heights Community League, the Ameri­can Association of Retired Per­sons, and the Minnie Rebekah Lodge 144.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Wallace D. (Patricia) Smith, Mrs. Robert R. (Esther) Green, both of Franklin, and Mrs. Robert E. (Barbara) Jor­dan of Kennerdell RD 1; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
An infant son, Rollo William Bell II; a brother, John William Johnson, and a sister, Mrs. Carl (Grace Louise) Donaldson, are deceased.
Friends are being received this afternoon and from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the Huff Chapel.
Funeral services will be held there at 2 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. Virgil Gricks, pastor of the Uniontown Heights Sunday School, and the Rev. John Scott of Grove City officiating.
Interment will be in Franklin Cemetery.

Funeral services for Mrs. Carrie E. Bell, 75, wife of Rollo W. Bell, were conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Huff Chapel. Mrs. Bell died Friday afternoon in the Franklin Regional Medical Cen­ter.
The Rev. Virgil Gricks, pastor of the Uniontown Heights Sun­day School, and the Rev. John Scott of New Castle, officiated and read "How Great Thou Art," "Beyond the Sunset," "Should You Go First" and Psalm 23.
Interment was in Franklin Cemetery.
Attending services from a dis­tance were the Rev. and Mrs. John Scott, New Castle.
Sunday evening the Minnie Rebekah Lodge conducted a memorial service at the Huff Chapel.
