General Notes: Husband - Henry Townsend




He was born on his father's farm and during his earlier years drilled salt wells and manufactured salt, later on in life devoting himself to agricultural pursuits. Politically he held the same political faith as his father, and supported the principles of the Democratic party. The Lutheran Church had in him a devout member.
