General Notes: Husband - George Crawford

---

He came to Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and purchased a body of farming land, which was heavily underlaid with coal, along the Monongahela river, below McKeesport. He afterwards removed to Westmoreland County, where he bought the Pine Grove lands in Allegheny township, and erected a grist and saw-mill. He was a democrat, and served as justice of the peace.
