General Notes: Husband - P. F. Will
On leaving the old home farm, he learned the carpenter's trade, and then successfully engaged in contracting and building, with the exception of when in the service of his country during the Civil war. In 1862 he enlisted for three years in Company G, 155th P. V. I., and participated in the battles of Fredericksburg, Chancellorsville, Gettysburg, the Wilderness, Round Top and Petersburg. Hostilities having ceased, he was honorably discharged June 2, 1865, and returned home. He was a charter member of Lookout Post, G. A. R., of St. Petersburg, and with his wife he belonged to the Reformed Church.
