General Notes: Husband - Robert Stewart

His parents always remained in Scotland. They were representatives of the old Stewart family, famous in Scottish history.

At the time he came from Ireland he was a single man, and after marrying he settled on the ridge.
He and his wife resided on a farm in Miller township, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania; their farm adjoined that of her parents.

General Notes: Wife - Margaret Miller

She died on the old homestead in 1886, at the age of eighty-seven years. [CBRCP-CCJC, 209] But this seems unlikely.
