General Notes: Husband - Matthew Miller

Both he and his wife were natives of County Donegal, Ireland, and emigrated to America after the Revolution, settling first in what is now Juniata County, Pennsylvania, where they lived a few years, when they came to what is now Miller township, Huntingdon County. They occupied a large tract of land on Warrior's Ridge, most of which remained in the possession of the family for over a hundred years following. Matthew Miller became very aged, dying in 1827, it is believed, at the age of one hundred and five years.
