Albert J. Lusher
Albert J. (Jack) Lusher, well known resident of 310 Orange Street, died at the Oil City hospital at 3 o'clock this morning after an illness of several months.
The deceased was born in Rockland township on August 3, 1862, a son of the late George and Susan Jones Lusher, and had been a resident of Oil City since 1906. He was employed as a machinist by the P. R. R. and by the National Transit Pump and Machine Company and was a watchman for the Transit for several years before being retired a number of years ago.
Mr. Lusher was a member of the Old Guard Club of Oil City and of the Knights of the Maccabees.
Mrs. Lusher died on December 20, 1933, and he is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Margaret Ford, and by one grandson, Robert Ford.
The body was removed to the Osenider funeral chapel and returned to the family home this afternoon.
Funeral services will be conducted at the residence at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon with Rev. George T. Green, pastor of Grace Methodist church, officiating. Interment will be in Grove Hill cemetery.

Funeral services for Albert J. Lusher, 77, retired National Transit Pump and Machine Company employe, were conducted at the family home, 310 Orange Street, at 2 o'clock this afternoon.
Rev. George T. Green, pastor of Grace Methodist church, officiated at the services and read the hymn, "The Lost Chord."
Interment was in Grove Hill cemetery and the pallbearers were William Seth, George Hibbard, Frank Mooney, Raymond Amsdell, Robert Stormer and Arthur Jarzenski.
Howard Lusher of Tionesta was among those attending the services.

Mrs. A. J. Lusher.
Mrs. Rebecca Lusher, aged 63 years, wife of A. J. Lusher, died at the family home, 310 Orange Street, at 9:30 o'clock Wednesday evening. Her death followed an illness of six weeks duration.
Mrs. Lusher was born at Clintonville on Sept. 9, 1879, a daughter of Urias and Lucille Osborne Redman. She was a member of the Methodist Episcopal Church.
On May 17, 1886 she was united in marriage to Mr. Lusher, who survives her together with one daughter, Mrs. Sherman Ford; one grandson, Robert Ford; and two sisters, Mrs. R. L. Yeager and Mrs. Lizzie Clark, of Warren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon in the family residence, with Rev. S. L. Maxwell, pastor of Grace Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be made in Grove Hill Cemetery.

Funeral services in memory of Mrs. Rebecca Lusher, who died Wednesday at her home, 310 Orange Street, after an illness of six weeks, were conducted at the home, Saturday afternoon, with the Rev. Samuel L. Maxwell, of Grace Methodist church, officiating.
Interment was made in Grove Hill Cemetery with the following acting as pallbearers: T. W. Griffith, John Ross, F. A. Elliott, Fred Ament, William Graham and W. D. Allen.
