General Notes: Husband - George Bradford Taggart

He attended the public schools of old Allegheny City, Pennsylvania, and Iron City College. He then entered the shoe business of Taggart and Simon, where he eventually became a partner under the firm name of R. Taggart and Son. He was an active member of the Sewickley United Presbyterian Church and succeeded his father as a director of Uniondale Cemetery.
