West Sunbury, Butler Co, PA - a druggist

He was reared on the farm and completed the prescribed course in the public schools of his home vicinity. He entered the drug trade in 1891 at West Sunbury, and later pursued a course of study in the Pittsburg College of Phar-macy, from which he was graduated April 18, 1895. He was secretary of the school board of West Sunbury and was health officer for three townships: Clay, Concord and Cherry.
