Union Twp, Centre Co, PA

He was the first white child born at Bellefonte, Pennsylvania. He became a blacksmith by trade, but his later days were spent in farming on the place where his son John G. Hall later resided. He was a consistent member of the Methodist Episcopal Church, and in politics was a stalwart Democrat.
