Mrs. Leo T. Smith
Mrs. Helen Smith, aged 21, wife of Leo T. Smith, of Kittanning, died at 12:05 o'clock this afternoon at the Oil City hospital, following an operation. Surviving besides her husband and a two-year-old son, are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. B. F. Hazlett, three sisters, Mrs. Harry Lusher, Mrs. Melvin Kightlinger and Eleene Hazlett, all of Franklin; and two brothers, Calvin and Ira of Bully Hill.
The body was removed to the Osenider Funeral Home in Oil City, to be prepared for burial.
