Tyrone Twp, Fayette Co, PA

He was born in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. He became a farmer of Tyrone township, Fayette County, owning a good farm, well stocked with choice breeds of cattle and horses. He was a large man, noted for his great strength. He and his wife were members of the Mennonite faith.
