General Notes: Husband - Lemuel Edgar


He was a member of Company F, Tenth Pennsylvania Reserve Corps, who enlisted at Beaver, Pennsylvania, April 22, 1861, and was discharged at the termination of his three years' enlistment; re-enlisted, December 18, 1863, in Company I, One Hundred and Ninety-first Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry; was wounded at Five Forks, near Petersburg, Virginia, March 31, 1865, losing his left arm as a result of this wound; received his final honorable discharge, July 4, 1865.
