General Notes: Husband - John Dickey

He came to Indiana County, Pennsylvania, in 1816, from Huntingdon County. His occupation was principally hunting and trapping, but he contracted and cleared three miles of the clay pike. By 1880 he had no descendants of his surname in the county. One son served in the 67th Pennsylvania volunteers in the Civil War, and later moved to Kansas.
