General Notes: Husband - Giles Stephens

He and his sons owned several farms in the township, and his own homestead was near Harmony Church. His former residence, later occupied by his son, was the same as settled by Robert McKesson before 1813, for which a warrant was issued to Peter Cress in 1773, and was located as six miles from "Two-licks."
