General Notes: Wife - Daisy Pearl Lusher

When she was a young woman, she stepped in a frozen cow track, fell and broke her foot. Proper medical treatment was not available at that time, so the injury was allowed to heal on its own and she walked with a limp the rest of her life. Later in life, her hair caught fire from a stove and part of her scalp was so badly burned that the hair did not grow back there. She combed the rest of her hair to cover it.
