General Notes: Husband - David Henry Collins


Civil War: mustered in Oct. 22, 1861, Co. A, 101st P. V. Promoted to Corporal in Nov., 1861, and to Sergeant Sept. 1, 1862. Discharged on surgeon's certificate, Dec. 1, 1862.

He enlisted for service during the Civil War, was taken sick, and shortly after his return home died as a result of that sickness at the age of twenty-one.
