General Notes: Husband - Johann Peter Straub

He and his wife were natives of Germany who immigrated to Pennsylvania on September 13, 1733, along with two sons Jacob and Peter on the ship Pennsylvania Merchant, commanded by John Stedman. They probably first settled in Colebrook Dale township, Philadelphia (now Berks) County, Pennsylvania about 1734. About 1744, he moved to land on a branch of Maiden Creek in Bucks County, now in Lynn township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. He probably died there sometime after 1760. [DKM, 7]
