General Notes: Husband - John Radebaugh


He succeeded his father in the mercantile business, but was also a farmer and owned and kept the "Indian Queen" Hotel for a number of years. Later he moved to a Washington Street [Chambersburg, Franklin County, Pennsylvania?] residence and continued farming until his death. He was for many years a member of the Lutheran Church; in politics he was a Democrat.

He had nine children with his second wife; five of these lived to maturity.

She died soon after the birth of her only child, Samuel.
