General Notes: Husband - Thomas Spackman

He always had his home in Lawrence township, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania. He was reared as a farmer's boy, enjoying the usual country school privileges. His farm, which he purchased in early manhood, contained fifty acres, and, in addition to its management, he carried on the business of draying for the adjoining village of Glen Richey.
He and his wife were prominent members of the Presbyterian Church, and he belonged to the order of the Golden Eagle, and was a trustee of the society at Glen Richey. In politics he was a Democrat.

Later he resided at Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan.
