General Notes: Husband - John Ray


After marriage, he and his wife took up their home on a portion of the Ray homestead, cleared and improved the same and spent the remaining years of their lives thereon. He was for many years a member of Bear Creek church. They were the parents of seven children, six of whom grew to maturity.
