General Notes: Husband - John McKee

His love for fine horses induced him to engage for many years in the livestock business and in the furtherance of his various enterprises he drifted west to California, spending a number of years in the vicinity of San Francisco. He then returned to Paterson, New Jersey, and soon after the close of the Civil war located at Greenville, Mercer County, Pennsylvania, where he engaged in the livery business. Later he moved to Pittsburgh, where he continued in the same line of business until his death.
