Deborah L. O'Connor Lyons, age 52, residence 9843 Townline Road North East, died on Tuesday, June 21, 2005 at Hamot Medical Center. She was born on March 28, 1953 in Union City, Pa. to Harold A. O'Connor of Erie and Lois A. Blore O'Connor of Wattsburg. She formerly lived in Wattsburg and was a resident of North East for the past 33 years. She was a 1971 graduate of Wattsburg High School. She was employed at North East Fruit growers for the past nine years as a bookkeeper. She attended the Greenfield Baptist Church in North East. She loved quilting, golfing and bowling. She was preceded in death by a nephew Steven Paul Mongera. She is survived by: Her husband of 33 years Daniel R. Lyons who she married on February 26, 1972. A daughter Jennifer Stewart and husband Frank of North East; sons Michael R. Lyons and fiancé Amanda Newman of North East and Kevin D. Lyons of North East; sisters Diane Sharrow her twin sister and husband Bill of Wattsburg, Cheryl Mongera and husband Steve of Union City, Karen Pifer and husband Jim of Wattsburg and Barbara Myers and husband Frank of Harborcreek; a brother Douglas O'Connor and wife Pam of Wattsburg; grandchildren Rebecca, Ryan and Austin; also several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home 65 South Lake Street North East Thursday 7-9 and Friday 2-4 and 7-9 and are invited to attend a funeral service on Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Greenfield Baptist Church 9028 Williams Road North East.
