General Notes: Husband - Robert J. Falconer


He received his early education at Erie, Pennsylvania, and thereafter at Buffalo, New York. On leaving school he came to Warren, Pennsylvania, and went into the mercantile business with Tanner R. Watson for a short time. He left this line of trade, married, and settled down to farming near Sugar Grove village.
In 1850 he was elected an elder in the Presbyterian church at Sugar Grove, of which he was a member, and held that office up to the time of his death. In his political convictions he was a Republican.
