General Notes: Husband - Nelson B. Duncan

After completing his education, which was obtained in the common schools of the locality, he followed farming until 1901, when he removed to Zelienople, still retaining possession of the farm. In 1903 he was appointed postmaster of Zelienople. He took an active interest in politics from early manhood and was an ardent supporter of the Republican party. He was fraternally a Mason, being a member of Harmony Lodge, No. 429, and was also affiliated with the Knights of Pythias.
