General Notes: Husband - Cyrus Bryson Duff

His early education was acquired in the township schools, and later he pursued a course in Shaffer's Business College, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He then returned to the homestead farm, where he at first gave his attention to the raising of grain and hay, and later engaged in the raising of general garden produce, continuing along this line for some years. In earlier years considerable coal was taken out of his property, this adding considerably to his income, but by 1914 the supply was diminishing.
He was reared in the faith of the United Presbyterian church, and he and his family held membership in the Hebron United Presbyterian Church.
