General Notes: Husband - John Sampson


After a course of study in the public schools he began farming, and followed this occupation during his active years. In public position his was a well-known figure, and he filled at different times the offices of township supervisor and road commissioner. He was long active in the works of the Hebron United Presbyterian Church, a member of the community whose useful and rightly ordered life commanded universal respect.
