General Notes: Husband - Emry Davis
He was a member of the New York Legislature in 1862, and was supervisor, and held other offices in Busti, New York. He settled in Sugar Grove in 1870, and in 1872 he engaged in the manufacture of Hutch's universal cough syrup, Davis's home relief for pain, Dr. A. H. Davis's family pills, and Wilson's rheumatism remedy, with offices at Jamestown, New York, and Sugar Grove.
