General Notes: Husband - Samuel W. Crawford
He was educated in the schools of North and Big Beaver Townships, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, and beginning adult life followed agriculture, except for a period of five or six years up to 1908, when he rented his farm and was engaged with the firm of Cochran & Paraday, contractors, being a foreman in charge of their street paving. He afterward, however, returned to the farm, which he carried on, being engaged in general farming and in buying and selling horses.
