Dunbar Twp, Fayette Co, PA - a farmer

He devoted his attention to farming, conducting his operations in the neighborhood of his birthplace and in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, whither he removed in later life. He took an active interest in the affairs of the Methodist Episcopal church, in which he held membership for many years.
