He moved to Perry County, Ohio, and lived there three years, then moved to Columbiana County. He lived in Columbiana County, in July, 1835, as Deed Records show. He still lived there in 1852, but did not die in Columbiana County, per Will and Administration Records. He signed a release in 1836.
