General Notes: Husband - John Gordon
He moved to Venango County, PA, in 1798, having purchased land there one year earlier. He was auditor of Venango County three years, and also held other small offices. He and his wives were members of the Presbyterian Church, and helped to build the church for that congregation near his residence.
