General Notes: Husband - Charles Albaugh
He cleared and improved his farm, on which he built over 250 rods of stone fence. He was in the war of the Rebellion, enlisting October 14, 1861, in Company H, Fourth Pennsylvania Cavalry; was wounded at White Oak Swamps, VA, and after three years and eight months' service was honorably discharged.
He and his wife were members of the Evangelical Church. Politically he was a Republican.
