General Notes: Husband - David Cook
He was born, married and raised a family in Ireland. The first of his sons to come to America was Joseph. Afterward others of the family came, until finally he and his remaining sons and their families were all transplanted to American soil. Soon after his arrival in the United States he died of "Juniata fever," and was buried in Congruity churchyard.
