General Notes: Husband - Wilson Linville
He was born in Donegal township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, but was brought when a young child to Independence township, same county, by his parents, receiving his education at the common schools. After his marriage he located on the old "Bane farm," a valuable tract of land, located one mile southwest of Atchison, which was owned by himself and his brother Frank. They were extensive wool growers. Politically he wes a Republican, and frequently filled offices of trust in his township. In religious connection he was an officer in, and prominent member of, the Disciple Church.
The Linville brothers-Wilson, Francis and Calvin Terry-located on the old farm in Donegal township in October, 1874.
