General Notes: Husband - John Daily

---

He married and settled in Canal township, where he remained until 1847. He then purchased a piece of land in the northern part of the township, where he commenced clearing and improving his land, and followed farming as his vocation. They had a family of thirteen children, eight sons and five daughters.

His companion died five weeks previous to his death.
