General Notes: Husband - Fred William Hudson
After passing through the grade schools and two years of high school in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, he graduated from Cascadilla School, Ithaca, New York, with the class of 1923. Then, attending Princeton University, he took his Bachelor of Science degree from that institution in 1927. Immediately after graduation, Mr. Hudson went to Pittsburgh where he was associated with the brokerage house of Moore, Leonard and Lynch until June of 1931. That year he moved to Greensburg and organized the Crown Fuel Company, of which he was president and general manager. Mr. Hudson was also treasurer of the Westmoreland Grocery Company of Uniontown. Active in the First Presbyterian Church of Greensburg, he was one of the deacons. He was a member of the Republican party and belonged to the Charter Club of Princeton University. He found recreation in hunting.

She attended public schools in Cleveland, Ohio, the Hathaway Brown School in Cleveland, and the Low-Heywood School in Greenwich, Connecticut, graduating from the last school in 1926. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, treasurer of the Women's Association of that church, and belonged to the Greensburg Garden Club.
